    Ray is a very knowledgeable guy. 47 years in the bizz. He works guys clients good but is a super nice guy. Can't beat the prices either. You wobt be disappointed

    Great boxing gym , each class is 1 hour. Amazing workout for the costs , would highly recommend.

    Absolutely amazing boxing gym! During my visit, the owner, Ray Casal, devoted much of his time and effort in order to help familiarize those individuals who are new to boxing, myself included. His teaching methods are highly effective, tough and fun. Highly recommended place.
