Manager Ron is great to work with. Finished bathroom floor looks wonderful. Two reasons this is not a 5 star review. 1. It look awhile before the installation could occur after payment was made. 2. Incorrect product was provided the first time around which made for an inconvenience; I’m waiting for refund for return of unopened box of product. I’ll be completely satisfied when that happens in two weeks!

The Manager (Ron Emerson) when i inquired about the size, quality, effectiveness and longevity of the many different carpet displays that were available in this store, he had no problem answering each and every one of my questions with the knowledge and professionalism unforseen in this day and age.
