(July 17, 2019, 11:41 pm)The customer service on the date we visited was stupendous. The front desk man went above and beyond for us away well as others that were in line before us. There was a free shuttle to Niagara Falls too. The room was small but the beds were nice. Kids loved the pool.
(July 11, 2019, 10:07 pm)Surprised with what's available in the facilities.! A small pool and playground! The bed is comfy, ac cold as it should, pillows nice, towels clean & nice. Rooms also smell clean :)
Breakfast is the usual basic stuff (psst, the muffins are yummy!) with bottomless coffee 24H. The free trolley to and fro the falls is also a convenient option :)
(July 1, 2019, 5:02 pm)Great Service! Clean rooms with beautiful furnishings. Will stay again, very affordable for what you're getting and in relation to the other Hotels, or Motels in the area. Staff was attentive to our needs, and friendly along the way.
(June 24, 2019, 5:58 pm)Great customer service. Clean rooms. Great price for the area. Responsive to the needs of the people renting the rooms. The only issue I had was 1. There was no protein with breakfast and 2. Our t.v was not working and they did not fix it until 10:25. Room check out was 10: 30. After all is said and done, I would stay there again.
