Enterprise Rent-A-Car

These guys took care of me and my wife. They were on time and helped us get the rental we wanted for the time we needed.
They went the extra mile allowing us the opportunity to drop the car at the airport so we could make our flight early in the morning.
I highly recommend these guys if you need a car in upstate western NY.

The service was good but the office needs to be cleaned and so does the rentals. I understand that they were shot staffed, but the rentals maybe could have been cleaned the night before. The office needs a coat of paint and the floors are in need of a good vacuuming and or cleaning and that nice big window needs a good cleaning also. I had to clean the rental car out myself and I cleaned it once more before bringing it back. But the staff was friendly and polite.

When I arrived at Enterprise to pick up my vehicle I was instantly met by someone who asked me if I needed any help they were very polite and very helpful they gave me an option of which vehicle I wanted to pick in the intermediate SUV group that I rented and the vehicle was brand new beautiful drove perfectly did not have any problems at all when I return the vehicle again the people were very polite very courteous ask me how my experience was asked me if I had any problems or if there was anything that I thought that they needed to improve on and I told him no everything was top-notch this is my second time renting from Enterprise I will definitely come back for any more rental vehicles that I need for any more vacations or if I need a vehicle because my hands are getting worked on I highly recommend Enterprise their staff there is very knowledgeable very polite and friendly.

Great customer service and very friendly team. I was in Niagara Falls, NY last week in a conference and my flight was cancelled at the last minute. I had to rent a car and drive to DC the same day. I showed up to this location where Mr. Michael Biedny helped me. He was very patience and friendly. His personality and customer service skills was on point. I was so glad he was able to accommodate me with a car being at the last minute. He explained to me the agreement step by step and made it seen so easy. Also, I want to say that the whole team was very friendly and knew what they were doing. They even gave me directions on how to get to the closest dinning stores (Young lady knew all the great places. Sorry I forgot your name). I observed everyone in the office and you can see they all get a long with each other. Then a few days later I got a call from Mr. Chris to make sure I have been satisfied with their service. What a way to make customers feel good! Thumps up to this team and thank you once again for your assistance!!!!! Keep up the amazing job and keep making customer feel good!

Are a incredible team that efficiently go beyond customer service expectations while abiding store policy they kindly and respectfully work fairly with customers to provide the best renting experience by far the best service I ever received big thanks to you all for the help and assistance in my time of need of renting while waiting repairs on my vehicle dealing with an accident and insurance companies they were time efficient for quick easy service they made my day so much better during a stressful time!
