Four Points by Sheraton Niagara Falls

Had a reservation in Amherst which did not work out. Could not find an alternative nearby and was exhausted after a long drive up from Long Island. Called the Four Points which was a little further than we wanted to go but luckily they had availability. Bryan the night desk manager was super accommodating and welcoming. Because we got to the hotel after midnight he offered us a discounted rate, threw in free parking and passes for the buffet breakfast. We were finally able to rest comfortably in a clean and updated room. Would def recommend this hotel as they understand the value of good customer service.

Had my wedding here on May 22! I had nothing but AMAZING experiences here! The staff are so helpful and extremely friendly! Tia and Teresa are THE BEST!! They are so unbelievably helpful! U definitely recommand this place for any special event! The catering they provide was some of the best hotel food I have ever had and I kept going back for more! The venue itself is absolutely beautiful! I loved the fact I could get married along the water front! They really and truly care for every guest who stays and visits them!! (Pictures are from a few months before the wedding!)

Good functional place to spend the night. Quality at reasonable price. Not very close to the Falls. If one likes getting to the Falls/Park in a short walk...there are many places around.

Great stay. Hotel itself is very easy to find. 10 minute or less drive to the falls. The area it is in is a little...different. But overall very nice experience. Employees were friendly and helpful. "Niagara river view" room had a good view. Comfortable bed. Clean room. Half and half provided in coffee station was spoiled, however that was my only negative takeaway from the stay. Restaurant downstairs was surprisingly nice. Great service and reasonably priced.

Overall, I would recommend this hotel.
