Excellent location, short walk to the falls. Room and bath very nice. Bed very comfy. Very quiet, even with all rooms full.
Breakfast was a choice of homemade meals.
Kim was a very attentive hostess with maps and much local information.
Clean, comfortable, and the hostess Kim was excellent from che k in to check out. The breakfast was fantastic
What a gem! This place is so lovely, very well cared for and beautifully furnished. My room was quite large and easy to move around in, with a HUGE bathroom. Everything was sparklingly clean and all the antique/original fixtures and furniture were in excellent condition. Bed was very comfortable. I can’t say enough good things about my hostess, Kim - she was genial and gracious my entire stay, very accommodating when we had a mix up (on my part) with my reservation at the very last minute. And breakfast was delicious, loved my veggie omelette! The free parking was a BIG perk, and I was able to easily walk to the casino, restaurants, and Goat Island from the house. All this for quite a reasonable price - I will definitely be recommending this place to family and friends and returning if I’m ever back in Niagara Falls. TIP: I tried to book through one of the 3rd party websites and it said they were out of rooms, but I called and they had one room left plus gave me a little cheaper rate, so call ahead first.
Loved it! The art and decor was beautiful, along with furniture and paintings. The room was cozy and the bathroom was very nice. It was clean and comforting. Kim was the best, she was funny and she knows how to keep you feeling comfortable. And the breakfast was delicious. The falls are right down the road, highly recommend.
This is the first bed and breakfast I have tried. I definitely thought is was a more personal experience than you receive at a hotel. The host Kim asks you what you would like for breakfast and you set up a time to meet in the dinning room in the morning. The breakfasts are staggered so that you usually do not eat at the same time as the other guests. She sets out a fruit bowel with your meal. The omelet and potatoes were good and she even gave me the recipe when I asked which I thought was very nice. The bed and breakfast is quaint. It is like stepping into a time machine. I like that because it was something new to try. Most importantly though, it is walking distance to Niagara falls, which made it very convenient.
