Enterprise Rent-A-Car

I have had a rental from Enterprise for the last few weeks. The car was clean and almost brand new. The experience at the Transit to Lockport location was great. They answered every question that I had and assisted with every need of mine during the stressful time if my car being in a collision shop. Chris Hebden was fantastic and helpful. If the need arises I will definitely be back to this location for a vehicle. I highly recommend this Enterprise to anyone with a rental car need. Thank you again.

Amazing customer service! Shelby and Matt went above and BEYOND to make sure I was completely satisfied with my rental. (Including Shelby cleaning/ wiping down the steering wheel and shifter after casually mentioning that I'm a germo-phobe. )

I've rented cars from here quite a few times. Always had a great experience. The staff is always nice.

Great customer service. I needed a car last minute. They got me in and in my way quickly. Booked a Nissan Maxima online but was not available but was happy with my upgrade for the same price.
