In the Mix Brewing & Creamery

The service and speed here were second to none! They have a good variety of beers available and the food was excellent. I would recommend making this a stop for anyone who finds themselves in the Barker area.

Stopped in with my sister and a friend. My sister said the burgers and ice cream were the best she had ever had. I had to see for myself and I agree wholeheartedly. My burger was delicious and the ice cream was amazing. The owners and staff were so friendly. I would definitely recommend you try this place,it is now one of my favorites and can't wait to bring my husband and family to try it out!

My wife and I celebrated our 12th anniversary with dinner at In the Mix. I'm glad we did. It was our first visit and we were impressed. She enjoyed her flights of beers and ice creams. I thought my burger was absolutely fantastic...it was one of the better ones (the best one?) I've had in Niagara County this year (really tasty blend of quality meats and nicely grilled). We'll be back.

Much better than the brewery they replaced, to be frank. Better beer, less extensive menu but the food offered is much better. Ice cream is fantastic. Staff were very nice and were willing to chat with a fellow brewer even with their obligations to serve the other patrons.

Really excited for my next visit, this place deserves success.

I only went for some ice cream but I really enjoyed the experience. The staff is fun and the owner is a very nice, easily approached young man. Their ice cream is made FRESH to order! There’s a little sign by the front door explaining their process a little. Comfortable environment, good food. Only thing is that it’s kind of hidden so I had no idea it existed until my boyfriends mom took us. So glad she did!!
