(April 18, 2018, 6:21 am)I used to go here all the time. The program was great, the martial arts and kickboxing programs were excellent. If you are looking for something that will change your life and it's positive, this is a great place to look into.

I would highly recommend this facility to anyone seeking an opportunity to work with one of the world's best Senseis right here in Western New York!

(January 27, 2013, 1:31 am)My boys train under Grand Master Heisner. I have nothing but good to say about he and the staff that work there. I love his heart for Martial Arts, Faith and Family. I would highly recommend anyone looking to train here!
