100% go see Jimmy or any of the practitioners there. If you’re not feeling your best for whatever reason, go. It’s so difficult to explain how and why Jimmy and his staff are so amazing. You truly have to go and experience it for yourself but you absolutely MUST go in with an open mind, ready to commit to whatever nutritional program you’re given. It can’t work if you don’t follow it to a tee. Through Synergy, I’ve avoided hiatal hernia surgery, I no longer experience horrific heartburn, my digestion is optimal, and I feel fantastic!! It takes work and dedication but they will guide you every step of the way and teach you the WHY behind it all.

Without this place I don't know where I would be in life right now. I struggled with depression, sleeping about 3 hours a night, swollen & sore hands every morning, and always being super irritable, just to name a few things. I have been going to Synergy since July 2019. I can honestly say my life has been transformed and I am finally living a healthy life thanks to Jimmy Scaringi and his staff! I had been with many specialists and many invasive testing as well tons of med’s. All of which did not help. Basically the dr’s kept increasing the medications, which not only did nothing, but also caused terrible side affects.
Through Jimmy’s guidance, patience and incredible knowledge I soon started to sleep better, have increased energy, and have slowly weaned myself off of all but 2 medications. The added bonus was that I lost 30 lbs!! I have learned to cook differently and have illuminated sugar, dairy and white flour out of my diet. I admit, I have cheated a little because I’ve felt so good...and regretted it because of how bad the indigestion was. My body now tells me eating unhealthy will make me sick.
