(October 18, 2018, 4:19 pm)Use a lot of improvements especially when it comes to promoting within and training women to do jobs that have been dominated by men is lacking there. Certain management team members procrastinate to get things done for certain employees due to personal bias. There is a lot of cut throat employees that have a high opinion about themselves but are the first to stand at the door to leave early every night.
