Great place for lunch, glad we came across it. Reading all the reviews it seems that Hoovers is locally owned and operated #eatlocal. Went with their 4oz steakhouse burger, they offer an 8oz, but the 4oz was plenty. Fresh mushrooms, steak-sauce, cheese, and wonderful homemade onion rings. The order of sweet potato fries was huge so order accordingly. Save room for dessert, that's code for fresh, wonderful ice cream.

Love everything there. Great selection of ice cream and they give u the right amount for the price. Good is also good there. Strongly recommend this place

Great ice cream! Also had a Philly Cheeseburger and it was fabulous. Had our dogs with us and were able to eat our food at a picnic table on the porch.

Great choices for food and ice cream!! Affordable prices . friendly staff. Went there with a group of 6,spent about 60 bucks.

Wish I lived nearby to enjoy Hoover's more often. "Wholesome" describes the positive rural community atmosphere and the conspicuous industry of the young workers. Chocolate milk shakes were awesome.
