Update: The cover finally came after months of waiting. If you are not in a rush, use them. But if you need it within the next few months, you might be waiting a long time.
Original: Poor communication and service. I placed my order almost 2 months ago and it still has not shipped. The company has not pro-actively reached out whatsoever regarding their service taking twice as long as advertised. If you are looking for a cheap cover and you have zero expectation of when it will arrive, this company might work for you. On the plus side, when I have reached out through email to ask where my cover is, they have responded the same day. On the negative side they don't apologize and they just tell me it will take a little longer. I'm nervous about the quality when/if the cover arrives based on the way the company seems to be managed. It's hard to imagine a quality item being delivered from a company that seems this miss-managed. But I am hoping for the best and will update my review accordingly.
Hot tub cover and customer service is spot on! We ordered a new hot tub cover online early April to replace the one that was with the house when we bought it in 2018. We ordered online and submitted the make/model of our hot tub. The next day, I received an email requesting I recheck the measurements since the specs for the model tub we had were different than what I had submitted for the corner radius. We accepted their recommendations and proceeded with the changes. We received our cover within the time frame quoted. The packaging and quality of the cover was perfect. The cover fit better and sealed so much more than the old cover. What a significant improvement!
A few days later I reached out to customer service via email as after some rain had passed through, I noticed standing water on one side of the cover. I received an immediate reply from Katy who provided clear instructions to flip the insert over and see if the problem resolved. It's been over a month now and the issue no longer exists. Very pleased with this business, the ordering process and the cover.
We had an amazing experience! Superb customer service, faster and easier shipping than expected, and a very competitive price. Website was super-easy to use and customer service contacted us with follow up questions before completing our order. The cover is a perfect fit and we love it!
