(October 23, 2016, 1:16 am)The rooms are currently being renovated. I stayed in a recently done room however many of my colleagues stayed in partially done rooms. It's definitely improving but needs some more work to be completed. All in all, it's a good place for a quick stay in Bay Roberts but I wouldn't recommend it for extended stays. It shows it's age, but it is improving
