(July 23, 2018, 5:56 pm)Having just finished my thru hike from Picco's Ridge to Cappahayden this spring I can honestly say that this is am amazing trail! We spent two weeks trekking the Avalon Penn, photographing and blogging. Perhaps one of the most beautiful landscapes we have yet visited in Canada.

(October 29, 2017, 12:43 am)There are multiple sections - we only did the Sugar Loaf Path from the Ocean's Science Centre to Quidi Vidi - its a tough hike especially closer to Quidi Vidi where the trail gets lost a bit
