  CrossFit Islander is the greatest gym in town. I have tried several other gyms and Islander is the only place where I have seen true results!!! It is so easy with the help from several of their amazing coaches who are not only extremely encouraging but also highly educated about fitness and CrossFit movements. It is such a welcoming environment. It truly does not matter how fit you are, Islander makes everyone feel welcome! I would recommend this gym to anyone! You won't regret trying it.

  CrossFit Islander (CFI) is an amazing box. I was nervous about starting CrossFit a year ago, but I am beyond thankful that I did. Heather and the rest of the coaching staff knowledgeable and motivate every member to work hard and be the best they can be. I recommend CFI to anyone regardless of experience or fitness level. The community of coaches and members at CFI are welcoming, supportive, and encouraging.

  I've been going to CrossFit Islander since October 2016. The coaching staff are incredible and really emphasis safety and technique over heavy weights. Heather is an amazing owner/coach who deeply cares about her clients and assisting them with their fitness goals. The community and people surrounding Islander is what makes this place great! Everything is scalable and can be modified to your skills/abilities! Highly recommend giving this place a try!!
