While the place certainly seems to have a lot of regular customers, the staff was very friendly and took plenty of time to answer my 10 year old's questions regarding his Pokémon cars. My kids have also enjoyed plenty of the birthday parties here and like the fact that the Xbox consoles are so close together.

The only odd thing is that they include tax in the scanned in prices on the receipt (but not on the price tags). I initially thought they had overcharged for a few items, but after careful review it was just a different way to display taxes than other stores.

Fun place, but old and smelly but overall great staff and enjoyable entertainment

Awesome place for card game stuff! Very knowledgeable and helpful. Nice atmosphere and they host loads of neat tournaments for a large variety of games.
