Excellent service...great value for the money. Gorgeous arrangement. Will be my place to go from now on!
Great flower shop!
Was having difficulties with a different local flower shop after ordering online (which apparently I wasn't supposed to do? Why have an online shop if they don't receive the order?) . So I gave this flower shop a call since I couldn't find what I was looking for on their online website. Not only were they able to process my personalized short notice request, but they did it so happily with great customer service. Did they have everything I wanted on hand? No, but that wasn't their fault I called on short notice, and they were happy to make suggestions at what flowers to replace with the ones that weren't available. I used them for my Mother's Day flowers, and now again for graduation flowers. They even sent a text to my Step-Mother a few days before to inform her that flowers would be showing up so she wouldn't miss the delivery, how thoughtful! They gave me great instructions on how to care for the graduation flowers as well so they don't die before the dance.
I ordered flowers online the day before they were to be delivered. I was concerned because it was short notice, so I called to confirm that the online order was received. The lady who I talked to was extremely friendly. My parents loved the flowers. They were pleased with the man who delivered the flowers (very friendly). The flowers were as pictured on line (plus a few extra pretty flowers). I actually did some research for Florists in the area, as I live away. Funny - I was looking at other florist reviews and someone said they should have used Mount Pearl Florist - so I did, and I am glad I did so.
