(May 1, 2019, 1:15 pm)This was our first time visiting this branch, and I have to say, I'm somewhat disappointed with the lack of professionalism here.
First of all, we overhear a banker talking to one of the customers about their loan discharge, all the while eating their lunch.
Then another teller was speaking to a customer about a fraud that was committed.
I would say that privacy is not priority here, which makes me somewhat nervous about activating an account here.
We then opened our account with Erin and she was amazing. Very helpful and great to deal with.
