Sheraton Hotel Newfoundland

Super friendly staff, nice clean rooms. Great convienient location. Great views. Really enjoyed the stay. Beautiful hotel!

Front desk /sales /banquets /catering services were all amazing! Rachel, Corinne and Marlene went out of their way to help me put out fires. Only one issue lost a star for me, but Rachel and Heather made up for it big time. I would be happy to host an event here again in a heartbeat! ❤️

Found myself here in an emergency. My British Airways flight was diverted back to st John's due to a fire. The staff at this hotel reacted very professionally, and were very welcoming to all the airplane passengers. I enjoyed my unexpected stay here. I got a room with a great view of the harbour. The staff at this hotel are a credit and deserve great praise for how much they helped. Fantastic and if I come to St John's again I will stay at this hotel.

I had an unplanned stop in St. John's Bay due to a mechanical problem on my flight to London. The staff, Imelda in particular took it upon themselves to make our stay fantastic and helped with all of the details about getting our flight out. They greeted over 200 guests at 2 in the morning, got us in rooms as quickly as possible and arranged for meals, not an easy task with only 1-2 hours notice. Bravo to everyone at the hotel because there had to be quite a few people behind the scenes to pull off such a feat. Thank you to everyone at the hotel - great job!

What a fantastic place with some of the friendliest most helpful staff I have ever had the privilege of interacting with! Having found ourselves in Newfoundland due to an emergency on our flight we were put up in the Sheraton overnight, as you can imagine checking in over 200 people at 01:00 is not an easy task and yet the staff were friendly and answering any questions we had, whilst waiting to get checked in they provided tea, coffee and juice to help make things more comfortable. The room we were given was spacious and comfortable and we got our heads down for a few hours sleep. Went down to reception to see about updates on our flight to be met with again enthusiastic staff who could not do more to get us information and upon finding out our luggage would not be released from the plane they provided deodorant, toothbrushes and other toiletries! Thanks to the staff at the Sheraton our travel woes were made more comfortable and I would highly recommend the hotel to anyone staying in St. John's.
