McDonald's

I normally love the staff here. Its usually busy and sometimes slow but the people are normally fantastic. There is a lady there appears to be management team who doesn't deserve her title. I went through the drivethru just now. I have an egg allergy to the yolk and can only eat egg whites. I always order egg white only and have NEVER had a problem. This manager/supervisor was literally yelling at the young girl on the window "STOP TAKING EGG WHITE ORDERS. We don't do egg whites. ITS A 5 MINUTE WAIT AND YOUR HOLDING EVERYTHING UP." There is NEVER a reason to yell at your staff. Not EVER. Wore again in front of her coworkers and customers. I'm literally disgusted! I go here every workday. I may never go back.

Slow always seems like they are short staffed. Last few times icecream machines were down. Often get coffee with grinds in it. But at least the staff is nice

This is definitely one of the slower McDonald's in the city. As well, their fries are often unsalted...why.
But it's McDonald's; everything tastes as good as any other location.

Consistently gets breakfast orders wrong. The slip in the bag has the correct order on it so the cashier was doing doing their job right at least. I would say 7 out of 10 times I had breakfast here there were obvious items missing. Example - bacon missing from BLT, egg missing from Bacon and Egg Bagel, etc.
When I order lunch or supper the orders are always correct, hence the 3 out 5 rating.
