the staff of the palliative care unit are excellent... I would have given it to five stars however the furniture that they have for families who are there to support their loved ones is very outdated, and I'm comfortable. In fact it's more than just uncomfortable if you have to spend any time in those chairs or on the sleepers you can expect to go visit your massage therapist, physiotherapist, and or chiropractor.
in all fairness they should take some monies from one of the Charities and channel it into replacing the furniture in that unit... At a minimum put at least one good chair in each of the 10 rooms....
