We just closed on our first home today!!! Let me tell you... this journey was NOT easy. Thank god Michelle was with us every step of the way because we could not have navigated our way through this without her. As first time home buyers, Michelle made sure to explain the entire process to us so there would be no unexpected surprises. Unfortunately we had many OTHER surprises (out of our control) but she still made phone call after phone call and sent emails upon emails at all hours of the day to try and address our concerns.
