“My 9 year old son was referred to this office for a procedure. Right from the beginning, the staff were informative, friendly and very willing to answer any questions that I had. The pre-op information provided was perfect. It was very detailed and easy to understand. Electronic reminders and confirmations were very appreciated. The post-op information was also excellent. Upon our arrival at the clinic we were greeted and had very little wait before our consultation. My son was to have his surgery the same day, so he was anxious and had several questions to ask. His nurse Adele, was FABULOUS. We truly could not have possibly asked for any better! I was completely at ease, and she put my son completely at ease. He was treated with the utmost kindness and respect. Dr. Davis demonstrated these same qualities. All questions answered, the highest quality of care, patience, kindness and respect. “Cant say enough good about this people!! very friendly and they go above and beyond to help you out. Me and my 3 year old daughter flew down from labrador to get a tooth looked after by some one else but they never even looked at it just slap something on it and go all there into is taking your money. I ended up taking her to the janeway emergency and ended up calling the janeway dental and they went above and beyond to fit her her to fix a bad infected tooth that some other company said there was nothing wrong. Thanks Janelle i dont know how or where but some day ill repay what you did for my daughter.”

“I never write reviews but after my experience with Dr. Crivello and his staff I felt it was necessary. If ever you require any work completed by them, you will not be disappointed. I required extensive implant work in removing a 10 yr old implant that was stripped out. The team made after hour time for me to help with the removal, were very accommodating in making flexible appointments. After several attempts to remove the old implant, they were successful. I cannot thank him enough. There are not enough words to write in a review to express my thanks for making a very difficult situation turn out to be a very happy experience. Even if the outcome were not favorable, the efforts from the team did not lack in any way, I felt the team were very compassionate in helping me. Again thanks so much Dr. Crivello and team, your an amazing clinic and dentist!”
