What is left to say My wife and I stayed here last year. End of Covid restrictions. Finally coming back to try out my new ATV and the many trails rite there.
Beautiful campground nestled along side the Annapolis river and right near the atv trails with the convenience of anything you need right around the corner! The owners are amazing, friendly and welcoming….make you feel right at home so much that I stayed almost the whole summer. Great place to call your temporary home and explore the beautiful valley and mountains in Nova Scotia! I will be back 💕
We try to get here at least 2-3 times per season. Love this beautiful little spot. So close to all amenities, perfect for day tripping around the Valley or just sitting by the river relaxing.
Love hearing the cows and the coyotes at night.
Darren and Maryanne are the perfect hosts 😊
This was one of our favorite campgrounds after camping across Canada from Edmonton to Nova Scotia. We stayed here almost a month while relocating to the East coast. Clean, well managed campground. The owners are very friendly, involved and available to support the campers. We were lucky to get one of the river front sites, it was an amazing view with our morning coffee. Campsite has excellent laundry facilities and is a quick walk to a good grocery store and restaurant. There is a decent playground for the kids and while the majority of the seasonals are adults there is a child friendly atmosphere and they seemed happy to see our kids play. They also run a small ice cream and candy shop in the summer evenings for an extra treat. Thank you so so much for all your help!
Fantastic spot, right on the Annapolis River, next to the Annapolis County Rails to Trails trail and within walking distance of all amenities. We were able to bike the trail and kayak the river right from our campsite. There is lots to do and see in the area and this was a perfect central location for short day trips. Despite its close proximity to town it is extremely quiet. The campsie is clean and well maintained as are the washrooms and showers and the owners are extremely friendly and helpful. Stayed there the end of June and we wished we had booked a few more nights, will definitely be going back again. Tom
