Comeau installed a new Whole Home Ducted Heat Pump to replace my oil furnace and moved an existing heat pump to my garage. Workmanship was incredible, and great professionalism. I also had a small technical issue that they walked me through at 11:00 p.m. at night one night! Most companies would not even pick up the phone at that hour let alone spend an hour walking you through something. If you choose someone other then Comeau to install or maintain your heat pump you made the wrong choice!

The owner took the time to explain the process. As a senior I am on a fixed income and would have liked a small discount, but otherwise they were helpful. Still have to look for a less expensive cleaning of my heat pumps, but lived the fact that they had good customer service skills.

Contacted Comeau Refrigeration for a quote to install a new heat pump. Dale Comeau, who provided the quote, was very professional and explained everything and answered all questions I had. Installation was scheduled and completed in about 3 weeks. The electrician (Dillon) and the installer (Jeff) were also very professional and personable. They did a clean, excellent job. Not sure if it was on purpose or not but the piping outside the house also happened to match the siding so it blends right in - nice surprise! I'm extremely happy with their service and would recommend to anyone!

My wife and I wanted to pull the trigger on adding heat pumps and asked a few local installers for quotes. Comeau's consultant looked at our situation, drew a diagram of where the heat pumps should be installed, and then arranged the financing with NSP. Everything went off without a hitch. Professional, courteous and what I'd call white-glove concierge service. Thanks Dale, we'll be telling family and friends about our experience with Comeau Refrigeration!
