I have had a bunch of service work done here recently and I have to say the Craig at the Parts & Service Counter is amazing. I usually shop around for my own parts to save money but Craig's prices are right on the ball and almost always within what I can get it for. The bonus of having Craig get the parts is they Warranty it all in house unless otherwise told different. The odd part is a bit more expensive but for the sake of a part or two I have just been ordering from him cause some stuff is cheaper but you know it is ALL QUALITY parts.
Justin, the Mechanic who has done the work on my cars is also amazing. Top notch work and he takes care in what he is doing. Doesn't get the inside of the car dirty or greasy. Very knowledgeable as well.
The specialize in Volkswagen for Sales and Service but also work on all other vehicles. My Vehicles are 2004 & 2005 Audis and they were very knowledgeable about them and working on them. They also did a little work on my 2006 Dodge Caravan with no issues.
I will continue using the boys at Parsons as long as the prices and quality of work continues which I am sure it will.
