(July 21, 2023, 8:58 pm)Amazing. One look over the bike and he was able to figure out what was wrong. He had the bike fixed like new in under 15mins. He showed me and taught me what went wrong in order to prevent it in the future, he also adjusted the seat to fit my son perfectly. He even put some music on to distract my baby. Fantastic customer service!
