(November 11, 2023, 6:33 am)Was here for a fuel refill and got a wrong drink on another Tim Horton, We talked with a guy incharge called Gaurav, he was exceptional with solving our wrong drinks. We really loved his approach and the way he treated us. Very few Tims do that in Canada, Aulds cove Tims is my best so far. Will visit once again on my next trip to sydney.

We had an issue with the drink which was wrongly prepared by one of the staff and we asked for new one to other staff. His name was Gaurav as I asked him. He was so humble, best part was he apologize so sincerly and made us a
fresh new drink very quickly with a smile. It was not even his fault but he fixed for us. We loved the service ❤️
