O'Regan's South Shore Hyundai

My experience with O'Regan's South Shore Hyundai was by far the BEST ever! Very friendly, professional people. Very helpful. When the workers were finished with my car it was clean, fluids were filled etc. I cannot say enough great things about the staff at O'Regans. I WILL return :)

We were travelling in a rural area on the south shore. Our check engine light came on and the vehicle started driving in an abnormal fashion that interfered with our ability to drive safely. We sought help from several local mechanics with zero assistance. This was quite stressful considering the isolated area, I am pregnant, and we had 3 dogs with us. I called South Shore Hyundai (as the closest dealership). They were beyond helpful. They worked together as a team to find a way to fit us in as soon as we could get ourselves to a safe location and have the vehicle towed to them. They had our vehicle completely checked and the issue fixed under warranty within 24 hours. During these times, it's so common to hear about long waits and everyone being busy. This dealership was so compassionate and worked so hard to get us back on the road so we could travel home safely. We're so appreciative of the entire team and can't say enough about their excellent service and how important it is to support businesses like these that truly take care of their customers.

Have had oil changes and a few services done over the years. The staff have been friendly and even remember me from the car I drive. Have been shopping for a new vehicle and test driving vehicles. Dealing with Ian has been a pleasant experience. Not overly pressuring sales tactics, but it is to be expected to encounter some as it's their job.
Haven't purchased yet although close. They do a good job following up when vehicles arrive you want to test drive.
Looking forward to the new updated Kona coming this year, and will be happy to purchase from here if it is the right vehicle for me.

I was screwed over by another dealership when I ordered a 2023 Kona back in November and the deal eventually fell through which made me very unhappy, I heard great things about Oregans South Shore Hyundai from a friend and figured I would take a chance in contacting them. not only did they have the exact car I wanted on the lot already, but they made sure that all of my need were taken care of efficiently. I didn't for one moment feel like I was being taken advantage of, that my time was being wasted or that my presence wasn't appreciated.

Ian (sales) and Bonnie (finance) were both so friendly from the moment I walked in the door, understood my experience, understood my expectations and worked their magic until the moment I drove off the lot with my new '23 Kona Preferred.

It's been a week with the new car, not only is it so clean and comfortable, but having such a positive experience during the sales process really helped with how exciting buying a new car should be.

I couldn't recommend South Shore Hyundai any more, their service was so excellent that I had no problem going there from Halifax to buy my car and I don't regret it in the least.
