Had trouble ordering through the site and app. One minute the site says there's 3 different crust options, the next, it only shows pan.
Tried calling the store 3 times without success (second time was a hang up).
We caved and placed an order for pickup through the site/app for a pan pizza of the day (Canadian). It was an hour or so before it was ready for pick up (~6:30).
The service when we arrived to pickup was okay. The individual on service counter appeared disinterested and when they spoke it was low/mumbled and created an awkward back and forth to complete our purchase. (I'm sorry if anyone is offended by this accurate description.. it was what happened and wanted to address it for other customers that may be socially awkward or sensitive to these interactions)
The food was tasty but quite oily/greasy. Not the pizza-has-so-much-cheese-that-it's-greasy but that the dough on the bottom was coated through with oil or something.
Maybe this is the norm for Pizza Hut? It's only my second time having it and I can't recall if it's like this normally.
I will probably order again in the future to try other menu items.
Amazing, amazing pizza! The absolute best in town! Can’t beat the prices either. Akshay and his staff are amazing and wonderful. So excited about this newest edition to bridgewater.
Ordered over the phone as the online ordering did not seem to be working. I found it very difficult to hear them, as there seemed to be a lot of feedback as well as the person on the other end sounding very distant. Asked for it to be ready for 9:15 and it was about 20-30 minutes late as they had made a couple errors with the order.
The location was very cramped, and the oven was right there where they answer the phone, so there is your noise. Ordered a large stuffed crust half meat lovers and half chicken lovers and small mozza sticks, got bread sticks with cheese instead, this might be partly due to the issues with ordering over the phone.
As for the issues, it was a bit difficult to understand what happened, but they gave us an extra pizza and large bread sticks instead of the small, so despite the mistakes they compensated well, so I can't really complain as we walked away with extra food.
The food was not bad, but the pizza sauce was not what I was accustomed to with the NS/Atlantic pizza places that I typically go to. Speaking of, I was really disappointed that they didn't have garlic fingers or donair sauce, the bread sticks come close, but they don't use garlic butter, and it is just their plain pizza sauce to dip in, so, sad garlic fingers. The pizza was perfectly cooked with a bit of fluffiness, the stuffed crust was okay, but there's just a gaping hole in the crust with a bit of cheese in it, and the taste was pretty bland compared to other pizza places around here.
I really think this place could benefit from a pizza sauce improvement, and I feel that garlic fingers with donair sauce is essential to survive in Bridgewater. But all in all, not a terrible place to eat, you just have to be careful with additional charges, especially when ordering online, it seems a bit misleading as they automatically have the most expensive thing at the top of the selection lists.
