My first trip here was last summer for perennials and I was not disappointed. This place is incredible. The variety of perennials they had in stock was astounding. They were beautiful and extremely healthy. Most of the plants I had never laid eyes on before.

I returned this year for our annuals and had a very similar experience. I can't say enough about the variety they offer; all of which are extremely healthy.

During this difficult time for small businesses (thx Covid-19), Lowland Gardens has found a way to operate extremely well. They've limited the grounds to 15 people or less, and only 1 per household. They keep track of this by using carts. You must take a cart as you enter. This encourages the 6ft distancing, and by only using 15 carts they can ensure there's never too many people. As you leave, they take your cart and sanitize it before giving it to the next person in line to enter. Theyve also limited shopping time to 1 hour so people aren't waiting too long. If you arrive and there is a line up, don't be discouraged as things move quicker than you'd expect.

I can't say enough good things about this place. I've recommended it to all of my friends whenever the opportunity arises. It's definitely worth the drive. The picture is of my perennial bed, all the flowers came from Lowlands (the dieing cedars came from elsewhere ?)

I love Lowlands! They have such a huge selection, their staff is so friendly and knowledgable, and to top it all off - their prices are incredible!
