Great customer service. Sent a request in for information regarding a trailer and was called by a sales representative(Barry) within 20 minutes. Was able to text back and forth with any questions and received a fast response. I was just going to stop in and view and Barry said to let him know as he would set that time aside so that he could give us his undivided attention. Have gone to other dealers and felt that we were being rushed and pressured. Was unable to get the trade in trailer to them so they offered to pick it up for us. When we went in to finalize the purchase we were greeted by the Sales manager (Matt) and he helped us as well with any questions. Finally the business manager (John) was excellent with the explanation of everything and took his time to answer any question we may have had. No pressure here just a great customer experience. Thank you to the whole team.

Staff at the service counter is very helpful. A bright, clean showroom stocked with a variety of travel trailers. Public washrooms and wheel chair accessible.
