(June 12, 2018, 12:21 pm)I've been dealing with Brian and Chris for years now for local, quality, VW (and a few specialty) parts. Two very real people who go above and beyond to keep their customers satisfied. It's unfortunate the individual who left the poor review did so without trying to have his issue resolved; I have no doubt they would have made things right if given the opportunity. I will continue to deal with the company and appreciate all the support they've offered over the years.
