I am very impressed with the service of this particular courier. The courier needed to deliver the package to a rural Cape Breton area but the driver found that his truck could not navigate the last kilometer of road so he called and we were able to meet up with him, rather then taking the package back. It was delivered 4 days early with a minor arrangement. Thank you for your service!

What an amazing experience!! We bought a really large item in Moncton and we’re going to go back from our home in Halifax to get it. We figured the price of gas and lugging a 200lb item might be easier to check with a courier. I heard great things about MBW but never needed to use a courier before.

I called for a quote and spoke to April. She was very helpful and patient since I didn’t have all the answers right off the top of my head, I don’t do these shipping things often. She was wonderful!

Today my order arrived, it came at 10 am so I didn’t waste my day waiting for it, Andy was really amazing! I wasn’t able to help him due to illness and he couldn’t have done enough to help. I see other companies that just drop the item in the driveway so I was a little stressed but he offered to bring it right in for me.

I will definitely be using this service again in the future!!!

Ordered medication to be picked up in Halifax. The bag was damaged but the driver was very apologetic..This morning the driver went out of his way to deliver a bottle of medicine that had fallen out of my bag yesterday! Excellent customer service from the driver! Thank you!!!!
