We had the BEST stay in Seek’s Pine Yurt! The space has absolutely everything you could need with a full service washroom facility only steps away. Cleanliness of both the yurt and washrooms was so impressive it felt like we were the first ever guests there. I’m a germaphobe so this was such a relief for me! The yurt was toasty warm upon our arrival and my son and I enjoyed playing the games in the yurt :) We didn’t get to take advantage of the fire pit and complimentary s’more kit due to the weather, but it was such a nice added touch! This was our first ever stay in a yurt and we just loved the entire experience! The grounds are absolutely beautiful and we can’t wait to go back and try out the shipping container cabins! Thank you so much Seek for an experience my son and I won’t forget!
We stayed at the Spruce accommodations, the place was very nice and the hot tub was awesome. The only single complaint is the sliding barn door for the washroom, as far as sounds go, you feel like there is no door at all, so it’s not very comfortable using the bathroom if you are not very comfortable with anyone else in the room. It’s a nice door, but I hope they replace it with a regular door.
Amazing place to stay, relax, recharge and enjoy nature. The cabins are cozy and modern, and make for a great space to kickback and enjoy. Being at the doorstep of beautiful Victoria Park allowed us to get out and explore easily. This is exactly what Truro needed!
My wife and I had a night away at Seek over the weekend. It was fantastic. Its awesome to have a place that is in the middle of a forest (and next to a huge park), but that also has modern comforts. We were able to explore the park, sit outside in a hot tub, and then order a pizza that showed up thirty minutes later. It was clean, easy, and convenient. Great experience. Definitely going again.
We had a wonderful evening at the Spruce cabin for our anniversary. The cabin was cozy and beautifully decorated with Spruce tree motifs throughout, with incredible local art of Victoria Park. The cabin was very clean and had all the things you would need, hot chocolate and coffee, dishes, towels, board games, and a even little indivdual treat of trail mix. The hot tub was lovely and there was a spot for having a little campfire. The host was very helpful. Close to town but feels like an escape into the wilderness. Highly recommend.
