EDIT: The owner reached out, apologized and refunded 1/3 of the price we paid for the services. Would have been nice not to have paid for any of it considering the it was for our one and only wedding day but better than nothing I suppose.

I was quite disappointed to say the least. The DJ who was on site was not aware of any of the changes that I had sent to Daryl in emails multiple weeks and even months prior to the wedding day. Obviously a huge lack of communication on their end. 5 minutes before the ceremony was supposed to start, my husband had to find the songs that were supposed to be used on YOUTUBE because they didn't have them.... There were delays throughout the entrance of the bridesmaids and my walk down with my father which was extremely frustrating. Also, when we did our "grand" entrance, there was a 20 second delay and we were just standing there! The DJ that that was sent very unprofessional. She was smoking during cocktail hour with some guy who my M/C had to tell to be quiet because they were so loud during the ceremony.

The whole experience dealing with Tidal Waves has been unprofessional and underwhelming. I would not recommend this company what so ever. Find yourself an iphone and spotify and you will do better.

Amazing service, took requests and paid attention to the crowd. Had his for our dinner music and when one of the tasks to get me and the groom to kiss was to do the hokey pokey and when he realized that he played the song, it was hilarious and everyone enjoyed it. I already am suggesting him to friends getting married :)
