(December 13, 2018, 3:04 pm)Went to the Oxford exhibition. We enjoy going there every year. The Multicultural building is my favorite part. I seen all the local hand crafts and homemade goodies and homegrown plants and vegetables. Used to be a five-star place. But now they have no Carnaval. Huge disappointment
