Not only do I appreciate the work that they do for us on a day-to-day basis. But I was having not so good day today, when my power went out. With no internet and no cell service I had no way of knowing why I had lost power. I noticed the trucks passing by my home and managed to speak to one of the lovely gentlemen who had just worked the job of unhooking the power of my neighbor who has moved away. Somehow it appears that my power had also been unconnected at the same time. I don't know how they managed to do it so quickly but they reversed the process and I had power back within a few minutes. I cannot thank them enough.
