Cody (I think was his name) was extremely helpful in taking time out of his busy day to give me a quick orientation on my mew-to-me Mini splits, as well as quickly and cleanly repairing our outside heat pump unit.

Mr. Weir came to our home in Weymouth North assessed our needs and emailed his quotes shortly afterwards. Weir Refrigeration was awarded the contract based on the brand (Fujitsu), price as well as Google references. The work was completed professionally and on schedule. In January 2019, we decided to purchase a heat pump. After rating several contractors in the area, we decided to contact Curtis WEIR who came highly recommended by other consumers as well as NS Power. Curtis came over to the house and designed a system for our home: there was no high pressure sales tactics and he answered every question we had about heat pumps. He came across as very knowledgeable and professional and his total price was reasonable. Two of his employees came over within a few days and installed the system: his men were polite and efficient - even came with their own vacuum cleaner to clean up after the install! They then showed us how to operate and maintain the units. Curtis then helped us with the necessary paperwork required to obtain a credit from NS Power!
This February ( 2021 ), I contacted Mr WEIR to report a squealing noise from the outside unit - this in no way interfered with the overall operation of the unit but was a tad annoying. He identified the noise as a faulty bearing in the fan motor and advised that he would order the necessary part... within 3 days, the fan motor had been replaced by another of his competent employees at no charge to us.
Weirs Refrigeration has been in business a long time and continues to provide excellent customer service after the sale. Overall this has been a very pleasant experience so far with an efficient system in our home and knowing that excellent and prompt service is as easy as a short E-Mail or phone call. We would highly recommend this company .Thank You.

-10 outside and our little heat pump is keeping my old house comfortable. I found Weir's to be very professional. Everyone I dealt with was very helpful. We bought a floor model and love that it doesn't take over my living room or blow cold air down on me. I wouldn't hesitate to do business again with this company.
