It's so wonderful to have sushi available in East Hants! I love that the ingredients are locally sourced and it's very fresh. I do find it hard sometimes with frequently changing hours of service and often items sold out (which is good that it's so popular, unfortunate not everyone can always enjoy it). Keep up the creativeness and yumminess ☺️
I’ve lived in the HRM my whole life and after moving to Enfield I particularly missed being able to drive 10 mins and enjoy some fresh sushi. I’ve been to all the spots in Halifax and Dartmouth (Sushi Nami, Jukai, Genji, Tako, Mizu, Wasabi, Sakura, Happy, you name it) and I found Soaring Crane particularly unique and delicious.
Quality ingredients should be the focal point, however sushi restaurants in general I find choose to obscure the quality of their ingredients in pursuit of margins. However here I was enlightened to see that they boast various local and sustainably sourced seafood options as well as plenty of vegetarian rolls. No rubbery faux-leather crab meat here, it’s the good stuff. I also highly recommend the miso soup as they make it much better than a number of the spots I mentioned above and the tofu is the bomb.com. I proclaim Soaring Crane “Enfield’s hidden gem” and wish them the most success. When sit down all-you-can-eat becomes an option, I’ll be the first in line.
Very good sushi! Hidden gem in Elmsdale
The best sushi around! Very glad its local to east hants! I always get Veggie sushi, yellow crane in particular! Can't go wrong, I will not go anywhere else now 😊
Very delicious! Had the veggie tempura and a number of different rolls. Very well done and service was great.
