Citadel Homes

My husband and I approached Citadel Homes after we saw the beautiful and well designed Kent Home my cousin had bought a year previously in the Annapolis Valley. While we had not yet secured a lot there, Christi took the time to answer any questions we had, to let us explore design and flooring options, upgrades, etc. Subsequently, as out of province buyers, she was always available to answer questions and reassure us as to the process and timelines involved.
Eric, while extremely busy as the business owner, was also very helpful answering questions and worries on numerous occasions for a couple who had never bought a new home before and who had little idea of all the details and complexities involved( but of course wanted to know ALL about it, lol).
The rest of the office staff and project managers have all been helpful, upbeat and fairly quick to respond with respect to their areas and responsibilities: we knew we were not the only customer, and we were eager as we were to get into our home! An interprovincial move is a challenge and stressful. We got to see the challenges of not enough trades in post Covid times.
I need to express a special shout out to Kevin, Andrew and Jason( and Jason’s crew) for a wonderful job ensuring we got a wonderful finished product.

What an amazing experience building with Citadel! From start to finish we have been very impressed with the quality and professionalism. Christi is always quick to respond for any questions and Eric takes great pride in his work. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a new build!

The team at Citadel Homes was amazing to deal with! They showed us their model homes and they were very helpful in explaining the process of buying a home through them. We didn't end up buying a home for the time being as our circumstances have changed. We are definitely going to purchase a home in the next few years with Citadel Homes and would highly recommend them!

We all know building a house can be stressful/overwhelming. We were in such good hands with Citadel Homes. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect and listened to our needs. With a young child in the mix of selling our house, moving and building it was really important for us to keep things simple and straight forward. Eric was very fast on responding to our questions and any concerns we had. We are creating memories in our dream home.
