Rather than immediately jump to the most expensive and radical solution to a very small flood in my basement Peter worked with me to explain rational steps that could be taken to stop the situation from getting any worse and remediate any issues I may have.

He and his team inspected the basement for mold, dried things out with dehumidifiers and sprayed a solution to prevent further mold growth.

Peter was personable the entire time, kept me updated on what he and his team were going to do and were very efficient.

I'll look to them for any further abatement issues I may have, and would recommend them to others.

I requested testing of my attic insulation for asbestos. Peter came quickly and I had the results within a day. Excellent service.
