had to take our dog in for a minor claw injury that needed immediate treatment. everyone was incredibly kind, helpful, and skilled, and we were in and out in less than 30 mins. when we called, they took her in right away and the whole process was very efficient. also incredibly reasonable price for the quality of care. would strongly recommend!
Such a great new vet facility in the Bedford area! Dr. Butler takes such great care of our puppies and kitty, and we rarely have to wait for an appointment. We also had a stay at the cat boarding for our kitten when we went out of town, and were very happy with how it went. Our little guy seemed content the whole time, and we got regular updates from the staff on him.
Very friendly people and excellent care for our animals. There was also no wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. And there’s an adorable clinic cat you can visit while you’re there.
A huge shout out to Dr. Karyn Steele and Vet Tech Peyton. Our foster dog is +++ terrified of nail trims and they did amazing work, even finding and removing a tar covered stone embedded in between his paw pads! Heartfelt thanks for all your expert care of Fido! Thank you for all that you do for the local rescues!
Wildcard had to go to the vet's today because she had what ended up being a badly sprained elbow.. Couldn't get into our regular vet, so after calling around, found a spot at Bedford Parks Animal Hospital - I've gotta say, they were amazing and all about the fear-free vet visits. The poster on the wall behind Wildcard here is one of the posters about it. The exam rooms (at least the cat one we were in) have windows to look out to the parking lot, which was such a great distraction for Wildcard. We decided together to muzzle her for the actual exam because her body language was iffy once the vet touched her (she's not really a bite risk to vets, but she's never been in pain at a vet visit either, so we didn't want to take any chances, and the vet commended us on her leerburg muzzle!), and she was an angel, even laid down after a little while. It looks like the place is new, so if you're looking for a fear-free vet, this may be your place.. Not that we don't love our vet, but I would honestly switch if this one were closer, it was that great of an experience! Wildcard looked at the vet and me after and was like "what? That's it? We're done?" Thank you for the most successful and least fearful vet visit of my baby's life ♥️
