Comfort Orthotics & Podiatry Clinic - Sunnyside Mall

My son had to have his toenail removed on one of his big toes. The second should have also been fully removed. He asked them to fully remove it but he was told they needed to just treat the hang nail in one corner of his nail. He payed $75 for assessment fee and $700 out of his pocket for there failed treatment. The procedure did not take and he was told to come back and have it fully removed. They booked him an appointment and I was told he would not have to be reassessed because they already saw the issue and failed on it. When he showed for what was supposed to be his toenail removal, they charged him another $75 assessment fee and booked him another appointment for the toenail to be removed in January now. He is going to be charged another $350 for the toenail to be removed this time fully. My son is Autistic and working a minimum wage job.
Update - The surgery will be going ahead and my concerns with their service has currently been dealt with. I am hopeful all will go much better this time.

I had excellent service today with Leah Rutledge. She understood my needs for indoor footwear and together we found some solutions that should work with my particular ankle situation. First visit to Comfort Orthotics…well worth the drive. Prior to our appointment we received great instructions from the staff about what to expect and information on where to park.
