Myotherapy has been a game changer for me, working towards encouraging nasal breathing to help with overall health!
You may think she’s a little “crazy” at first with her big bag of exercise accessories (straws, paper lips, coloured elastics) but you quickly realize there is a (fun) method to her madness!
