We recently Purchased a master spa's bar harbor LE from Hot tub Universe. We can't say enough good things about the entire process from start to finish. Theresa who was the salesperson was amazing to deal with and was helpful the entire time, the Delivery crew was great and the process was seamless and down to a science. We did have a minor issue with our tub but someone was out right away to resolve the issue (stuck valve likely from shipping) I would highly recommend dealing with the staff at Hot tub Universe. We did a ton of research prior to purchasing this tub and we truly feel we made the best decision and we are very happy to support local. Happy soaking!

In very pleased with the level of service from the team here. We had some issues with the tub on the first day, but they had it solved in no time. They handle customer service very well. We're very happy with the twilight 7.25 we purchased. It's a great hydro massage compared to other brands we tried. Overall, glad we purchased from here!
