He was willing to tell us the pros and highlight the cons. He noted our likes and dislikes and the search continued. After each disappointment he was always encouraging and would reinforce that "there is no such thing as a bad viewing" We also felt that we would have to make a sacrifice in order to get what we really want. By Christmas we had bought a house. We had found a property that was more than we hoped for. Not only did it have everything we needed but everything on our wish list. Jerry found us the perfect property and helped through every step of the paperwork. We highly recommend him.
