Dealing with a carpenter ant problem and reached out to Ocean Blue Distributors by phone. Received a prompt call-back (late on a Friday afternoon!) from Nick who was really helpful. He seems extremely well-versed in dealing with carpenter ants and provided a bunch of good information and not at all in a pushy salesperson kind of way. He followed up with a detailed email about potential techniques to try and even though I haven't yet purchased anything from his business I'm sure the experience would be just as positive.
