First visit, met by very pleasant staff. Appreciated receiving telephone giving notice my pet's appointment to be completed in 20 minutes. Very pleased with the outcome. Staff provided details of grooming and demeanour of my very scared elderly dog. Pre- booked my next appointment.

We took our anxious dog to another groomer in the area and our dog did not have a good experience. After taking our dog here, he loved the staff, and got a full groom for a great price. We would definitely recommend this groomer for anxious or nervous dogs!

Our dog is not the easiest to say the least and we've tried several groomers over the years Paw Prints was awesome! So incredibly welcoming. Thank you so much Chelsea for being so patient with Buddy on his first visit. He looks great. 💙

We have been using Paw Prints for our dog’s grooming for about two years and we have always been very pleased with the outcome. We find the staff friendly and accommodating.
